This 148-square-foot luxury fish house sleeps up to six guests with a queen electric lift bed, two jackknife sleeper sofas and two front bunks. Eight lighted fishing holes let your group fish comfortably without leaving the warmth of the house.
The full kitchen includes a three-burner stove, oven, microwave, large refrigerator and freezer, double sink, cookware, dishes, dining space for six and convenient food-preparation essentials.
Unlike a traditional fish house, this unit includes a private full bathroom with running water, a flush toilet, sink and hot shower. A 35,000-BTU furnace, Arctic insulation and electric fireplace keep the interior warm during the coldest part of the season.
Stay connected and entertained with Starlink Wi-Fi, smart TVs, a stereo with interior and exterior speakers, USB and electrical outlets, and HDMI connectivity. Wi-Fi performance may vary due to weather and lake location.
Additional features include cedar interior finishes, air conditioning, dimmable LED lighting, a powered roof vent, exterior lighting, a 14-foot powered awning and a grill hookup.
Northwoods Rental Co. prepares the unit before arrival and prioritizes safe, comfortable stays. Placement, lake access and availability remain subject to weather, ice conditions and local restrictions. Northwoods Rental Co. may relocate, delay or cancel a stay when conditions are unsafe.

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Nightly rates vary by season and day of the week. Summer Camping, April 1–November 30: $225 per night. Early Ice, December 1–December 19: $400 per weekday night and $450 per weekend night. Peak Winter, December 20–February 28: $450 per weekday night and $550 per weekend night. Late Ice, March 1–March 31: $400 per weekday night and $450 per weekend night. A two-night minimum stay applies, with a three-night minimum during holidays and designated high-demand events. A $100 cleaning fee applies to each reservation. Reservations with more than four guests are charged $30 per additional guest, per night, up to the six-guest maximum. Applicable taxes and a refundable $500 security deposit may apply. Guided services, meal options and premium fishing-electronics packages may require advance coordination and additional charges. Rates, placement and availability are subject to weather, lake access and safe ice conditions.
